Description:

Assisting in the setting up and/or taking down of various CUC2008 special events.

Responsible for:

• Providing assistance for the setting up and/or taking down of various special events at the tournament venues (Glenmore Athletic Park or Calgary Rugby Union).

Qualifications:

• High attention to detail.
• Able to take direction.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Flexible.

Commitment: 

• Minimum 2 – 4-hour shifts (total of 8 hours) over the course of the event.
  • Beer Gardens – August 14 through 17
  • BBQ Dinner – Friday, August 15
  • Tournament Party (Adult Divisions) – Saturday, August 16
  • Tournament Party (Juniors Division) – Saturday, August 16
  • Stampede Breakfast – Sunday, August 17
